“Worst exterminator EVER! USED IGRs (insect growth regulators) supposedly, on our bed bug problem can't tell becuase we are still seeing bed bugs ranging from 1st stage to complete growth. Alongside that an exterminator should use an on contact killer which we've seen no sign of. I have twin toddlers and he told us this will take up to a year to get rid of the bes bugs ( which is ridiculous. ) also said he does visits every 2 months when i called terminex they said for bed bugs an exterminator should come very 2 weeks approx. So all in all this guy is a ripoff. DO NOT PAY HIM FOR SERVICES!”
