“I love to support local businesses, so after reading the great reviews I called to schedule an appointment. The first time they didn't show up, and when I called to inquire about their intentions on keeping our appointment, for which I scheduled my entire day around, they didn't answer. I called a few days later and got ahold of the owner who, very humbly, apologized for our missed appointment. He politely explained that he was unexpectedly indisposed and his employees had hadn't followed through with his appointments. He actually promised to appear personally for another visit to make up for the poor service, so I took a chance and scheduled another visit only to be stood-up by them again. That's right! Not once, but twice. Both times I arranged to be home or have someone else available for their visit. Don't even bother with this place, it was quite literally a waste of time.”
