“We closed on our new home in June with a contract, signed by Attack’s president, insuring that our new home have been properly treated for termite prevention. We were contacted by Attack, months later, and informed that our home had not been treated for termites at all, because they were having “personnel issues” at the time our home was to be treated. Mind you, we were given at closing, a contract signed by Attack’s president, stating that the home had been treated! Treatment was scheduled, their men arrived and assured us they would move items from around the walls of our garage, drill holes in the concrete around the garage, across the front porch, down the steps, etc., treat, clean-up, and replace everything. With my wife and I working for eight hours afterward, the garage and porch were cleaned up from the concrete dust, and our heavy items replaced. As you might imagine, we now have concrete patches every 18 inches or so on our new porch, steps, and garage. I am not an attorney (although I suddenly wish that I were), but there is a legal term for blatant misrepresentation in a contract! DO NOT USE ATTACK AND PEST CONTROL to protect your home!”
