“Driving down the street one day I saw a very bright colored tent on one of our neighbor's houses. I stopped to look and was so very impressed the way it looked. Tightly sealed with hundreds of clamps and and perfectly fitted to the house. Astro Termite name and number were prominently displayed on the tent. Since I had already had two termite inspections and quotes to do the job, I decided to call Astro for one more quote. Unlike most places you call today, Jim answered the phone on either the first or second ring. No voice mail, no receptionist taking a message, it was Jim in person. I requested quote which he did after immediately after looking up our house via satellite. He followed up with a visit to the house and gave me some very good advise. I was so impressed that I informed him that he would be our go to guy when were ready. We had a lot of dry rot in our eaves, patio cove and elsewhere. Once corrected I immediately contacted Jim and as usual he personally answered on the first ring which he did on all followup calls. Service look this doesn't exist anywhere these days.
