“They advertised free inspection and estimate but when I called for inspection I was told after I set it up that it would cost me $100+ for just an inspection not counting the $250 I would need for mites. I had called previously and left a panicked message which was very quickly returned by a very knowledgeable gentleman who eased my worries and even saved me an appointment time for a few days later. If they hadn't advertised free inspection and then tried to charge me over $100 just to tell me what type of pest problem I was dealing with then my rating would be much better. I think it might help the owner if he would stick to free inspection and then as I would have already probably hired them but I felt lied to and so I called another company.”
