“Great experience! Very knowledgeable & honest. I had called a few pest control companies so I could compare prices. Armor’s quote was the best. As I contacted a few more companies I found them to charge more for their services & was repeatedly being contacted with lower price offers...why not give the customer their best price from the start like Armor did? I initially called for a free inspection since I believed we had carpenter ants due to some sawdust accumulation around a couple of our deck posts, although both my husband & I had not seen any ants. When Todd came out he too thought it was unusual that he didn’t see any ants at that point either. He said he did not want to spray until he knew exactly what type pest we had explaining how different pests may require different treatment & also we were expecting rain that may have reduced the effect of the spray. After knocking on several boards a few smaller ants appeared which also live in wood. He used some nerve gas to flush out any ants to try to determine where they were coming from. He was then able to locate several nest of two different kinds of ants & killed them. Since our deck is attached to our house, Todd recommended he come back after the rain to spray both around our deck & perimeter of our house. I will definitely call Armor if needed & highly recommend their service & pros to get the job done right! Thanks Todd!”
