“I had Nathan of AZ Rodent Solutions come out to see if he'd be able to pinpoint the odor of a dead, rotting rodent in a second home in Sedona that I came home to last night. He did a thorough investigation around the house, going into the above and below crawl spaces. Turns out there isn't a dead rodent but another possible issue that he suggested I call a plumber about. He did this entire inspection and refused to take a dime. He was honest, thorough and 100% trustworthy. He will definitely be the guy I call for any future needs and I highly recommend that you do the same. Also, if you call and it goes to voicemail, leave a message as he promptly got back to me.”
