“I have had this company employed for many years. the previous owner of the home had used them. Everything was fine....so I thought...until we had a problem! We had a termite swarm, and they could not come out for over a month. I did not appreciate the way that the person on the phone spoke to me. He informed me that the termite swarm was normal, and that the month wait was normal. He also told me that he would not be responsible for any damage that they did? All the more reason that they should come out sooner right? nope. I was curious and went on line and was shocked to see that there were NO good reviews of their company and/or service. I kept them until they were able to service my problem. Then they called me to upgrade their service as they were losing their termite product supplier but I had the option of upgrading if I wanted to? I could also keep the old. I explained that I was going to look for another company. He told me that that my experience with his company was normal, and that was the industry. He told me that "you can't please everyone?" How about someone I asked. After going back and forth, and him blaming the customers and industry for his poor business rating. He told me that I had to inform him in writing if I wanted to cease his services? REALLY? I know that this is sometime required, but when you're being accused of poor service, why make things harder for the customer. I told him that that was inconvenient, and he told me that I was the one not taking responsibility for "My actions," as I signed a contract. Honestly, I don't remember ever signing a contract, and quite frankly if I have, it was over 7 years ago? These people are rude and do not care about anything!”

“Extremely disappointed in this company. I used them for Termites and decided to try them for Wildlife in my attic (flying squirrels). Big mistake! Not only did they not correct the problem but they charged me almost $1,000 and only sealed a few wholes (I was told this was for exclusion and the money I paid would cover a year of protection from any wildlife). Metal Flashing needs to be used to seal and protect a home (All Pro never did this) However, exclusion was promised by Stephanie and Jamie on several different phone calls. When they couldn't keep the squirrels out, I received a call from Andrea Evans saying it would cost me an additional $500 to fix yet another hole (it hasn't even been a year yet so she was "kind' enough to drop it to $250)! They clearly have no idea how to rid an attic of any type of wildlife, and are a very money hungry organization. I dropped them completely. Found another company for Termite Renewal for a lot less too. Stay clear of All Pro Pest Service because they are definitely not the Pros!”
