He did only what was required and did not try to talk me into more expensive and unnecessary repairs, which I truly appreciate. He put up with my obnoxious, yappy dog and did a great job. The office has been responsive and scheduled all appointments on time. A few days later, Victor came out on time - no waiting - and replaced a huge post on my patio. His work was excellent and cleaned up the site and left everything better than it was! He was professional and polite and did and excellent job.
