“One thousand tokens of gratitude to Lela and Paul for your very prompt response to my emergent need for your attention late on a Friday afternoon. Suffice it to say that the presence of rodents around my home has never been on my agenda, but it happened anyway!! My dog went after one - which is how it was drawn to my attention. I freaked out and immediately called Adam's Pest Control. Lela understood my panic and went into immediate action!! She contacted Paul, my usual Service Technician, and he was here in hours!. Paul took aggressive actions. And the evidence is in - that over the weekend, it seems that perhaps the actions he took may have terminated the problem, at least for now. (No one can guarantee that a rodent won't find its way here, but I do believe that the activity has ceased at this time.) While here to check up on the results of his emergent actions from Friday, Paul noticed a team of black ants crawling from a tree onto the house! He trimmed the tree back and treated the area for the ants. That was an incidental finding while he was here for something else, however, this is the kind of service I have come to know is standard for Adam's Pest Control employees! I have come to know Adam's Pest Control over the last few years. Although I don't often (thank heaven) have Pest Emergencies, on the rare occasion that it has happened, they have always been responsive to my concerns. Your caliber of employees, from Owner to Technician has been of the highest caliber. I can not have a higher recommendation for any other business!!.
