“If you have a complex skunk problem, this company is not for you. I was suspicious I had a skunk living under my porch. I called a-1, was charged $75 for traps to be set, and when the skunk wasn't caught the next day,Bernie told me he could tell from the smell that there was a dead one in there. The only solution he offered was that I would have to dig and jackhammer my porch to get it out, and if I didn't, it would decompose and I would be miserable for years (which I found out from further investigation is not true.) He also told me he would not do it, and had no recommendations for who might be able to help. I called a licensed company for a second opinion and they dug down and found out that no skunk, dead or alive was under my porch, one must have just passed through. The reputable company dug under the porch and used cameras, not a hunch based on a smell. Thanks A-1 for stealing my $75 for lazy investigation and misdiagnosing my problem. Don't call the first company to pop up on google, make sure the company you call is reputable.”

“I called today and asked were he was located, he said joliet, . I said yes , i thought so because of the joliet number. I asked again were at in joliet. He did not want to tell me. He then very rudely said, " what is it that you need!" I said skunk removal. Then he said we only service some of joliet , very rudely again i need to add. I then asked what his rang of price was . Stated 75 to set trap and 75 for each one that is caught. I said ok, that leaves me out, sorry and thank you any way. Click he hangs up. What an unprofessional jerk! If you cant even tell me were your business is then why would i go to you? I only found number on website and called very quickly without looking. Then went back and found address. Hmmmm. Now i will drive by and see if he is reputable and make sure he is investgated. Horable man he is! I would not recomend him at all!!!”
