Not sure if the issue is with the people in my region or what. But im over Orkin. First off, when filling out paperwork they spelled my name wrong. I was told it “doesnt matter and is not important” and that for paperwork purposes it didn't need to be changed. Disrespectful to the customer. Then when i signed up I recieved a rate that was a lot cheaper than what i ended up being charged. I really needed the service and decided to let that issue go. Fast forward to now, they schedule an appointment. I left a message to please CANCEL. They reschedule for the next day. I called again and asked for the APPOINTMENT TO BE CANCELLED. I am out of town. The man was very apologetic and said since I am out of town he will place a note on my account to suspend all services until I call to schedule the next appointment. Next day I get a text saying my appointment is in two weeks. Not what i asked for. I call for the third time and the lady tells me I am not allowed to suspend my service and that their system will automatically schedule an appointment. Understandable, but then why did the second guy contradict that….? The inconsistency has been ridiculous and Orkin has now lost a very loyal household of 15+ years. I recommend making sure all staff is aware of what policies you have to ensure everyone is on the same page.

Garbage company. Do not choose them for mouse removal if you live in a townhome/condo/apartment. It is unlikely they will be able to fix your problem, but they will take your money. For a little over $600, Orkin will set out a few traps and do nothing else to actually solve the problem. Of course, they offer additional services if you're inclined to spend over $1,000 to get rid of your little furry friends. Absolutely would not recommend.

The Orkin technicians were early. They explained everything in detail and asked if I had questions before starting. Extremely polite and professional gentlemen. They were very thorough, addressed all of my issues, noticed a few things I didn’t, and took care of them as well. The treatment worked instantaneously and they guaranteed to return after ten days if the issues weren’t fully resolved. I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them.
