“We had him over for a single treatment for $100, its been a couple weeks, and we still have bugs, we called, and he said it'd cost an extra $50 for him to come back. Apparently if you don't sign on for him to come back regularly, he charges more and doesn't stand by his work. We were convinced to choose him because a friend uses him and he charges her $75 and will come back for free if the issue remains =( Atleast the bug population decreased.. just wish they were gone.”

We rarely have a insect problem, but when we do, one simple call and he will be right out there to take care of the problem at no extra charge. A few years back we had a flea infestation in our basement. He had to come back several times to retreat because you can only kill fleas during a certain part of their life cycle.
