“Squirrels in my attic. Guy was super nice. Guy came out and laid some traps. Traps never caught anything. Did confirm that squirrels were up there from evidence they left. After traps having not caught anything, guy said they must have left and then billed me. When trying to tell them that the squirrels were still here, got no reply then sometime later another bill. Never heard from again or got a response. I still have squirrels in my attic as this seems like the only game in town. This was a few months ago Gave a second star because the guy that came out was genuinely a nice dude. Just not sure why the company never responded or sent him back out to finish the job.”
