“We spent about $400 per year with their protection plan for the last five years. I'm honestly not sure why it took so long for us to move on. 1) We've had major vole problems for years. We asked them multiple times for help and were told there wasn't anything they could do. We temporarily brought in their competitors and suddenly the problem was much less. 2) Some type of rodent died in our house. The technician came and wished us then best of luck in finding it... didn't check the basement, or attic, vents, behind sockets, or anything else beyond a cursory look outside. 3) We've had spiders in our bathroom on and off over the years, making me wonder if they actually sprayed. 4) They missed bee hives the size of grapefruits, twice. These weren't hidden away in obscure areas. They were clearly visible under the deck and near the roof.”
