“Good luck getting them to your house outside of scheduled quarterly visits. We found a huge wasp nest outside the patio door and the earliest they could come out was almost a week out. Then when the day finally came, nobody showed up. No call or anything. I finally just took care of it myself. I was ready to cancel then, but they said they were just understaffed at the moment and convinced me to stay with a free mosquito treatment (why is that extra anyway?). Now, almost a year later, I call because of ants in the kitchen, and again they can't make it out for almost a week! I tried to just cancel my account, but apparently I have one more quarterly service before my contract is up, or else I'll have to pay a $150 early termination fee. And they won't budge at all. I am beyond frustrated with them, so please consider yourself warned.”

“NEVER do business with White Knight Pest Control. We had a terrible experience. The customer service team is awful. They would come service the outside of our house without our request/permission and bill us for something we never scheduled. Then when we tried to cancel they said we didn't give written notice" and charged us for another quarter”
