“Initially I thought this was going to be a good service. Owner came out and talked to me about customer service. I though, wow, finally a service in Riverside County that cares about customers. Then, I got billed AFTER I paid. The owner, very talkative in the beginning, refuses to return my calls. I still have rat droppings on my balcony. I get one story from the techs, and another from the office. They come unannounced and make excuses like, we did not have your number. The last tech gave me a billing statement written on a piece of scrap paper. Ineffective, unprofessional, unresponsive.”
