“Had this company come out not only once, but twice to fix a problem that wasn't fixed even after the second visit, which is most likely due to them not even spending 2 hours in my home in both visits combined. I called them back after the second visit and was told I would need to wait 2 weeks before they would come back again. I decided to contact a second company and they were wonderful, and got the issue resolved in the FIRST visit they were there. I received a bill from Wells and I told them I was not paying over $500 for a service that was not complete and with them spending only 1 Hour and 45 minutes in my house between two visits. I spoke to Tyler today about this after receiving a collections call for this and went through the whole situation with him, he was absolutely terrible to deal with. I will admit I became very angry on the phone with him after his lack of concern for my situation, and also realizing he was one of the techs that "serviced" my home. His response to me was that I could take my service paperwork and shove it up my ass! Wonderful customer service, I will now be taking legal action to get this account dropped from collections. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! NOT EVEN MY OWN WORST ENEMY. Wish I would have read the other reviews before hiring them.”

“Was told for $65 they would come to my duplex & next door to check for holes, foundation & in attic for where mice may be nesting. For $95 they would do the same Plus set traps in both places. The guy shows up, sets traps and heads next door. Extremely short & lack of knowledge where rodents are concerned. I used them before & thought they may have changed but to no avail. Now my landlord paid for a Co. to lay mouse traps down in almost same places I already have them. I'd Definitely NEVER recommend them.”
