“I recently moved to Tampa and was horrified to discover just how big the bugs are down here, so I called around for a pest control service to do an inspection of the property. I found Turner. Rates are very reasonable and the office staff was kind, knowledgeable and willing to help. They sent an inspector out immediately. The inspection wasn't a good experience for me, as it turned out to be more of an estimate than anything else...the only downfall is the inspectors are trying to sell you the service and the particular guy assigned to me tried to book routine service for a higher rate than what I was quoted over the phone. Beware of this. But, with a quick call to the office, the problem was resolved and I was offered the original deal that they had quoted me. Service was scheduled almost immediately and the technician, Erik, was prompt, friendly and really went above and beyond to ease my mind about any potential issues. He made recommendations on ways to minimize risk & really seemed to know what he was doing. I'm very happy - now I can sleep at night knowing that I won't have to worry about giant roaches crawling on me. Thanks Turner! Highly recommended.”

“We had an issue with German cockroaches upon moving into our new home, and the polite staff was absolutely dedicated to resolving the issue. After sending a newer tech to provide treatment on a weekly basis going above and beyond to try to resolve the problem over the course of two months, they later sent a more experienced managerial-level technician to help out which quickly did the trick. We haven't seen anything for over three weeks. I very much appreciate the staff's courtesy, excellent communication and dedication to keeping the customer happy and working to educate their newer employees as-needed, as I understand that there is always a learning curve! I was most impressed with their willingness to come as often as needed until I felt more secure that the issue had been taken care of. Rates are also good; we also use Turner for our termite bond. Definitely recommend them for Pest Control in Jacksonville.”
