“We had Times Up repair some termite damage on a house we bought in Fremont. This picture is how they left the house - completely exposed during rainy season. To compound matters they failed to tell anyone they were leaving it in this state, so we got water and mold damage. (And at the time we had a 3 year old and my wife was almost due with our 2nd - this became a pretty serious health hazard for my family quickly.) When we pursued a remedy with them, they completely hid behind their contract language, changed their story several times about who they spoke with and what work was agreed upon. Maybe others have had a better experience, but I'd be VERY cautious giving these folks any business. I found them to be completely lacking integrity and doing everything within their power to blame anyone and everyone rather than just admit their mistake.”

We first called them when we were selling our home in Hayward. The buyers inspector found extensive termite damage that we never knew existed (we had never had the home checked in 7 years).
