What Customers Are Saying

“The way this company is awesome. My Family and I have used Bugnappers for years. They don't use contracts and every time we have ever had a problem they come and fix the problem immediately. They have also never done a contract with me. Nefi tells me that it is his job to earn my business every time he comes. He does so good on my home with the bugs and my yard is so nice, they even saved my lawn from grubs. I recommend them to everyone they are really affordable, no contracts, and my price has never went up in 6 years..”

“I had a SERIOUS box elder bug problem, and have been using Home Defense and other household remedies that are safe for my kids and my pets without any success. I saw one of their trucks down the street at my neighbors house and called them up- SUPER friendly on the phone, answered all of my million questions, charged me much less than the competition had quoted me(I called several very popular companies that spray fewer areas around my house and wanted me to sign a contract as well), and and were able to come out for me within just a couple days. The technician was so friendly and again, answered a million questions...thanks Jeremy;) They now take care of my lawn, and actually had someone from their sister company The Dust Abductors come out to clean my air ducts out as well the other day, and OH MAN was I glad they pulled all that junk out of my vents! Thanks again guys! (and ladies in the office)”

“Do not go with these people, run do not walk away from them. They came out to do a bundle of vent vacuuming and pest spraying. When they arrived they had no pest technicians so could not do a bug spray. The vent people did a quick job and left half of the vents unscrewed back in. They also blue the wiring in one of my rooms. I contacted them several times and was told a supervisor would get back with me and come and look. The employees admitted to me they did something to make the electrical plugs no longer operate. The supervisor never called nor did he ever come out. I had to pay an electrician to come repair the damage they did. To top it off they wanted their full amount for the service, $194.00. Not even partial service was completed and damage was done. When I asked about the damage and failure to complete service I was told I owed anyway and they would take me to small claims court. I look forward to court so that others can see and hear what this company is all about. AGAIN DO NOT USE THEM, if you do you do so at your own peril.”
