The technician showed up, do the work on a day that it was raining. He was able to block some of my weep holes, and put some traps in my attic, said he would be back the next day to check the traps and completethe remaining work. It has now been 2 weeks, he has not been back to complete the job or check the traps. I have messaged these sales rep multiple times with no response. I have called the office multiple times to discuss the matter, and I'm told someone will call me back which has not yet happened. They charged me $2500 for a fraction of the work and no communication. Would I recommend them? Not no, but, but hell, no.
