We signed up for terminix. The first guy was great. We were told we didn’t need to be home for the second service. We have video footage of the second guy coming and leaving and no treatment was done. We cancelled in August. They billed me two more times, which were both disputed with my bank because I had proof of cancellation. They kept calling my husband and threatening to turn us into collections. While talking to my husband they found and read my cancellation email to him and said they would process the dispute on their end but it could up to 2 weeks. They called AGAIN today and threatened to turn us into collections. We ended up paying the $60 bill. It’s not a proper way to run a company. Threatening people for money, when we have picture proof of cancellation. I do not recommend!

I would not advise anyone to go through with them cuz the home inspector was all friendly and so nice until he knew we were a struggling couple. We had to wait till we had the money to start the year contract for $50 a month and like $150 to initially start, well he tried not to act like it was not a problem but he was mad cuz he must have felt like he waisted his time. People need to find a new career if they don't like the job that they do. I will never refer anyone to this company ever. They don't call back and while they not answering our problem grows. Who does this to people.

Made an appointment for an inspection, given a 2 Hour Window and nobody showed up. Called and was told they would send a message to find out what happened with the Technician and I should be contacted within 10 minutes.
