Been using Terminix for 2ish years for prevention services. Our service man whose name is Bob Wollyung is exactly what yoy want in a service person. He is extremely professional and super cordial. Bob always has a smile and positive attitude. Makes us feel like he cares about the services he provides this is very much appreciated. Always willing to find answers for any questions. Please keep up the good work! Would reccomend this company!

Our service with Brian is top of the line. He goes on and above with service at our home. He works with our schedule so we can be here. He is very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions. When we call to get service he immediately gets back to us and figure out a time to do service at our home. He always shows up when he says he will be here. To be very honest Brian is the reason why we stay with Terminix! We can always count on him for any pest care needs. Thank you Brian!!

Brian Eckert services our home and he does a great job. Explains what he’s doing and why and is very pleasant. 4 stars because I don’t think the pricing was explained all that well and maybe that’s a misunderstanding on my part. After the initial visit, which is a bit costly, I think the routine service fees are very much worth it.

Our tech Brian and his partner did a wonderful job servicing our property today. They stayed and made sure every bait trap was entered in their system properly so they could be easily found next time. They made sure to ask me good questions about any rodent activity I had noticed so bait could be left in appropriate and safe areas. Thank you for the great job today guys!

The 5 stars are due to your Tech. Devin. He is not only polite, but really cares about his performance. When it was time for our audit he not only did his job but gave us info to improve our score. Then after Audit he called to hear the results. This employee should be recognized, he is outstanding and your company should do whatever is needed to keep him. Our company made the switch to Terminix Wil-Kil in 2023 and have been extremely pleased with the level of service, feedback, and pricing they provide. Eric Harmel was our original service technician and helped us to set up both of our locations. He did an amazing job helping us improve our existing Pest Management system and provided both facilities with excellent service and feedback. Many of the observations for improvement he noted and recommended, we have implemented and have seen improvements. He always answered calls and text whenever something came up between scheduled visits, and to go out of his way to help us during those times. We are happy to see Eric return to manage our accounts again! Eric has been the best service technician we have had in the last 13+ years. Overall, very happy with our partnership with Terminix Wil-Kil and Eric Harmel.

David, the person who came out was a manager, and he made me feel confident in what I was paying for. While he was doing his inspection before he treated, he actually found ways mice were getting into my house even though he wasn't able to fix everything right away, he got a specialist to come out who fixed it. David also explained what he was doing and how it worked, so I knew the whole process. Over all it was a great job, and I will be recommending terminix wil-kil to my family and friends.

The worst customer service and communication! I had been a Wil-Kil customer for years. Since the Terminix buy out it has gone totally downhill. Technicians come when there is no appointment and do not come when scheduled. This happens regularly. I called repeatedly for a manager who did not respond. When I eventually reached him, he said he is not able to hear his messages on his voice mail. Why have voicemail if you can't access it? I had written and verbal confirmation of a visit for the afternoon and they came in the morning. Frustration doesn't begin to describe how customers feel. Their policies and procedures are not documented online. I called CS and asked a rep what is needed when canceling a contract. She said to just call and cancel. It happens right away. I asked her to send a copy of the contract. Later after I received it, it states that 30 days written notice is required. Written notice where?

Brian Eckert has been treating our house from the start of this year and he is great! He does a thorough job and he's also very educational; he explains what he's doing and why, and he gives us tips on taking care of new problems/infestations. It's bittersweet to see him - infestations aren't fun but Brian takes care of it!

Terrible, terrible customer service. I set up an appointment and waited during the 4 hour window only to be told when no one showed up that they scheduled it with a technician who doesn't cover my city. So, I rescheduled. Next guy did show up, however, despite me telling him the issue was in my attic, he didn't bring a ladder and wouldn't use mine. So, I rescheduled a third time. Again, despite me confirming they had everything properly noted, I wait during the 4 hour window and no one showed up. Upon calling, I was told AGAIN they scheduled it with someone who doesn't cover my city. I was then called by a manager who YELLED at me because I should have known the guy who did show up wouldn't use my ladder. He had no apologies about me having to sit for two appointments that they screwed up. Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service.
