Spend a hour calling for a appt then to call because no one confirmed then to call to find out where said tech was that never showed up for appt and waited 4 hours for the tech then call to cancel... the only thing they called was for a rating for customer service .....

A big shout out to All Seasons Pest Control for their awesome customer service and rapid response. My husband called All Seasons Pest Control this afternoon after getting the run around from Terminix since Friday. We found bees moving into the house through the outside wall, they were chewing their way into the spare bedroom. My husband called Terminix and scheduled an estimate, the guy didn't show up, phone support said they would have someone out on Tuesday to spray for the bees, Tuesday comes, guy shows up to give an estimate(did I mention he was an ass) not to spray as we were led to believe. Rick signed the contract for them to spray and to have some reoccurring service, scheduled the spray for today, guy shows up and can't spray for bees because he doesn't have his bee suit and proper spray for bees. We cancelled the spray,My husband called and terminated the contract and called All Seasons Pest Control and they were at our home in less than an hour, sprayed for the bees and said they would call tomorrow to schedule a time to some check the progress and possibly remove the nest. All Seasons Pest Control is now at the top of our list and Terminix has been deleted.

The service call went fine. What drove me to joyfully fire Terminix today was my increasing frustration with trying to call the Bothell, WA., location and actually get to speak with a live person. If you want to call your pest control company and reach a real person, without having to go through some maddening computer-generated voice thing, Terminix isn't the company you wanting providing services for you. At all. Oh, and terminating Terminix, as in canceling your contract, is even more frustrating if you go through the automated-attendant option and wait on hold for longer than any human should have to. Terminix is, in my opinion, all about Terminix and not about its customers relative to its communications, ease-of-use and convenience. There are far, far better companies within the marketplace that won't give you that two-hour-window-of-time nonsense (they'll tell you exactly when they'll arrive at your home and then do just that) and they'll actually answer the phone and speak with you human-to-human. They are also more reasonably priced than Terminix.

He would not spray under bushes so I fired them. ?The primary reason I called them in the first place was for mice. ?The primary problem was mice. ?He put out mouse traps. ?I noticed every 3 months he would spend about 10 minutes spraying around the house. ?The only bug problem I have is ants around the kitchen. ?He's a little guy, he had a little job to do, and he did it well but just did not get under the bushes. ?I cancelled service in April 2014.

This company is the worst company I've ever dealt with. They love to take an automatic payment without actually showing up. We called about a bug issue and they were supposed to show up today, we called back later this afternoon to find out where the guy was and they don't know where he is and he's not answering his phone. Then they had the audacity to suggest coming back next week when they are available. No it doesn't work that way, absolutely horrible business practice. After this, I don't know if I want these scumbags in my home. I'd rather pay the bugs themselves to leave to give this company another penny.
