My experience with my pest technician was one of the best I've ever experienced! As an Army war veteran of Desert Storm, being on time is a big deal with me! Not only was she a few minutes early, but was also wearing her work uniform with great pride, which is another pet peve of mine, because I wore work uniforms most of my life! And wearing and representing whatever company I worked for with pride and honor was something I took great pride in! So to see someone take pride in the company they work for was a very pleasant surprise to me. She also greeted me with a friendly smile, and attitude. Claudia then went on to do a very thorough job, and cleaned up, and left with a pleasant smile on her face, which needless to say left me with a smile on my face!!! I truly feel she will be the type of employee, that will not only represent your company with pride, and great honor. If I owned a company, this is the kind of worker I would want not only to work for me, but to be a future manager. In a time where people are waiting on us as clients with an attitude as if they don't care about customer service, this was such a pleasant surprise. Claudia is definitely a Five star employee!!! And I hope she continues to be our pest controller as long as we continue using Terminix as our pest control company. God bless ?

Hi Kenneth – You gave me your card when you installed my crawlspace doors the other day, and I’m taking advantage of having your email address. Good job on the crawlspace doors! They fit well and look great. Also, I wanted to let you know how pleased I am overall with the job you all did with my crawlspace. It all seems to be well done, and all the technicians that worked on it (that I met) were very professional. Moreover, I can’t say enough good things about Jason Schutz!!! He spent a great deal of time, checking out my crawlspace in the very beginning, and gave me the confidence that he was being thorough, honest, and that he knew what he was talking about. He seems to have a tremendous amount of knowledge. He answered all my many, many questions at length. It was hard for me to part with the money, but he helped me understand how important the repairs were, so I felt like it was worth the sacrifice. I already see a difference in how warm the downstairs is, which is great! Again, when I had my final inspection, Jason was thorough and patient with my questions, which I appreciate greatly. He is a treasure and I recommend him highly!!!

I have always been very pleased with the service Terminix provides but today they went above and beyond. Yesterday afternoon I found some german roaches in my kitchen and contacted the Raleigh office. Eric M. came late this afternoon and was wonderful. He explained alot to me, and made me feel so much better. Even though it was after 5:00pm on a Friday night, he didn’t rush and was extremely professional and kind!

We have had terminix service provided for the last six years. And this is my first review because it’s the first time I’ve wanted to post anything. We just got a new exterminator his name is Wade. He came up and introduced himself as our new guy. He was very polite asked if there was anything that needed extra attention and was just all around very genuine. It was also a rainy on and off day so he told me if it rained too much to give him a call and he would come back out to reapply treatment to make sure everything was good. We’ve always had good service as in no bug issues aside from some spiders sneaking in. But the last few exterminators were different. In and out and always trying to push something to make more money for the company and maybe them idk if they get compensation for additional services. It was like going to get an oil change and the people there always want you to buy something else. Anyways. I am impressed. Hopefully we don’t switch to anyone else anytime soon!

Was a pleasure meeting Wade who was filling in for our normal tech, Zach, who is on vacation. Great bug and conversational expertise. We identified a puncture in our Terminix armor and will probably be thwarting some critters in the very near future. He was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable and serving his company well. Zach, Wade and Scott were all over solving our issue and we are very pleased.
