Huge waste of money. Called initially due to a wasp problem in our shop to be told “we don’t usually treat wasps” when the tech arrived and said he couldn’t help. So called to cancel and the customer service said that was not true that they do shops all the time so sent a different tech out with a bee suit. He also said he did not really know what he was doing so he was gonna call the wasp specialist to come in 2 weeks. So 5 weeks from the time I signed up (2 billing cycles) I get someone out who does kill the wasps but was not able to address our ants?? So I kept calling. Am not 9 weeks into having this plan and have ants inside our house and am unable to get timely appts or techs to come out to resolve my issue. Only writing a review because I have been on hold for 10 minutes trying to cancel my subscription due to these issues and they are making it very difficult to cancel. Update the rep I spoke to the rep I spoke to said I need to call back to talk to the cancellation department to actually cancel my service agreement. Don’t sign up ((:

Our termite inspection technician, Crystal Pierce, is always on time, polite, thorough with her inspections, and answers our questions to our satisfaction. After realizing we had a problem with squirrels damaging the fascia boards outside our house, she immediately contacted personnel who came out to our house that very after to discuss remedies.

We don't have a ton of pests at our house but when we do, Todd makes sure they're taken care of. He makes things easy and when we do have issues they're handled in one conversation. We've been very pleased with the service.

I used Terminix before and initially had a great tech, which is why I stayed with the company. Unfortunately, after he left, I was sent a tech who wasn’t actually spraying the outside and probably not the inside either. I think he assumed the cameras didn’t work, but they did, and it was obvious the service wasn’t being done properly. I had trouble getting a different tech assigned, so I eventually canceled service. Later, I kept getting emails asking me to come back, so I decided to give Terminix another chance, hoping I’d get a better technician. The new tech did spray, but now we’re having spider problems again. He told me to call or text when we needed him back out, but it’s been almost 2 weeks with no response. Sadly, it looks like I’m about to cancel again.

I made an appointment because I have an armadillo tearing up my yard. They came out, inspected, put a hold on my card, and told me someone would be back to set up a trap to catch/relocate. Everything was fine. Then hours later I get a text message that they don't do armadillo removal. Why didn’t they tell me that when I made they appointment or when they were out here or when they put a $400 hold on my card? And on top of that, no recommendations on who can actually assist with the armadillo, and another day is now wasted with the yard getting worse.

Called many times to schedule the extra service appointment since I still get a lot of roaches around my place. Never come :)) . They usually come quarterly but when I contact and say hey.. I still have roaches everywhere please come and spray it more carefully? Never see them come even though the appointment is scheduled. Haizz
