More bang for your bugs! ??? Unfortunately due to financial circumstances we haven't had our home treated since January by a smaller exterminator business and weren't able to follow up; which still would have been an additional charge. Terminix came in and immediately upon evaluating the infestation of the roaches began extensive treatment of the home! They have promptly scheduled a two week follow- up and have just been overall amazing helping us get the peace of mind with a bug free home! The service guys who have came have been nothing short of kind and thorough making sure I understood the process! They have guaranteed follow ups bi- weekly until the problem has been completely eliminated; whereas most companies charge for every visit; as to why I say more bang for your bugs! They make it a priority to inform you of each course of action; where as with past businesses they failed to explain everything and made it hard for me to continue treatment with the unobtainable financial expectations! After termination of all cockroaches Terminix will come every three months to assure these little home invaders are sure to never return! Thank you for going above and beyond to make our home feel like OUR home again; without the unwanted house guest! Your a 10 in my book! ?❤️

Horrible customer service….after their guy was a no show 6 times, I finally got the manager on the phone to tell him what was going on and at first he made an effort to do the right thing and the day (7th time they were supposed to be here) I called the manager and he told me HE made a decision to no longer service me because I was already angry about the situation….I can only assume he made that decision because it had gone on too long and was so ridiculous he was embarrassed….or a d*****s….prolly the latter….

technicians call two days in advance and never show up but still bill you for service. after assuming its a scheduling error, you call and attempt to make sense of the issue just to have the technician pretend like he don't know who you are and then dodge all phone calls. customer service is a joke and after being billed for a bogus service call, they still won't refund your money.
