We had a great experience with Terminix. We had been a customer of Orkin for 7 years so when we had a roof rat get into the attic we called Orkin right away. For eliminating the rats, sealing our home, sanitizing the attic and replacing the insulation they wanted $15,000! NO WAY! We called Terminix and when it was all said and done we spent less than half of the Orkin quote plus we switched our regular service over to Terminix and are continuing to save money on a regular service. Terminix gave us fantastic service at all levels of their company.

Phil did a great job locating pest activities and explaining how the little varmints (carpenter ants) cause destruction, and offered and reasonably priced plan to rid them. Christopher J the tech communicated further how they behave and what I can do to keep them at bay in the future, besides the treatment Terminix will provide over the year. Great, professionalism from both men.

I have a pest control and termite protection plan for years. I've had good results with both plans. The technicians are thorough and friendly. My only complaint is the prices increase yearly. I know prices are increasing but feel that a long-term customer should be given a special discount on their plans. I'm thinking about checking other pest control companies for their prices.

A very dependable company. They will initially have a fairly senior person come out and explain in detail every process involved. They also carry out every step of the process according to a set schedule. Every technician who comes out during the various steps are also very professional and knowledgeable. That includes the process of replacing the insulation, closing off all access points, removing suspect sections of the walls and running fans/dehumidifiers continuously for 72 hours or so, placing traps (and coming by later to check those). All that, I am told, is called "mitigation". That is followed by "restoration", where anything torn down/removed is restored. And that is where the company slacked - to the extent that we had to call in outside contractors to have that job done. That is probably the only reason Terminix will not get a 5-star rating from me. Overall, however, I will admit that we were satisfied with Terminix.

James Legate my termite inspector was honestly one of the best techs I've had the pleasure of working with, he walked the entire property with me showing me everything he found that would need addressing, I would 100% recommend him to anyone. The pest control tech RAY THOMPSON was also very informative with a detailed photo report on what needs to be addressed to get the best results out of each treatment. I finally found a company with technians that take pride in their jobs while caring for their customers. -Very satisfied 10/10

If I could leave zero stars I would. I recently cancelled terminix due to the sale of my home. The process has been hell. I have tried on multiple occasions to pay the early termination fee and have been given the go around each time. I have nearly paid off the agreed amount but I am still being charged $900. When I escalated the matter, the service rep Latara Murray was rude and disrespectful. She went was far as suggesting I do basic math. She refused to escalate the matter to her supervisor. I ended the call with her and called back again. The new rep was helpful and added the amount of monthly payments and additional payments I have made towards the agreed price on the contract. She also agreed that my remaining balance was much lower than the $900.
