Here it two weeks later they charged me again after I done canceled my service. Then takes a while to refund the money. Predatory.

I am very disappointed with terminix from the first time I booked an appointment with this company. My appointment was scheduled for Saturday morning between 8-12, and no one ever showed up. Then I got an email the next day saying that my appointment was rescheduled. The same thing happened in September. I feel like these guys don't respect the value of my time. If I hadn't called them, I may still be waiting on my service. You guys have plenty of room for improvement.

If I could give this place a zero I would!! Where do i start?! They have horrible customer service.. They do not honor their own contracts. Their treatments do not work at all. They tell you one thing then do the complete opposite. The prices are outrageous and they tack on random fees on your bill . They talk bad about other pest control companies like theirs is the best and Noone can do what they do. Well I am going to the one they talk about because I know they do great work! I DO NOT AND WILL NEVER recommend this joke of a business to anyone!
