I called Terminix and asked about getting an estimate for spraying the house. I was told I get a call back from the office in San Angelo to discuss prices. I received a text later that day from one of the technicians in San Angelo telling me what time he would be at my house in the morning to spray. WOAH, WHAT???? I never agreed to this! I asked for an estimate and suddenly they are planning to show up at the house and spray??? That’s a little presumptuous. And it just lost you a potential customer. Terminix just took it upon themselves to show up at my house. Bad move! I’m going with Bug Express.

I wish I could give them a -5 star rating.Horrible service.I have filed so many complaints. Literally has gone no where. Been told that I would get a call back from the complaint department explaining why they keep rescheduling and still have not gotten a call. Feels like this company is being ran in someone’s garage. Their schedule department is a joke and everyone there should be fired cause they have no idea what they are doing.. I have been lied to so many times. For anyone thinking of hiring them don’t and I mean please don’t it’s waste of time and money.

I was looking for service and had john do an inspection on my daughters home! She felt he was very unprofessional! He hit on her most the time he was there instead of doing his job and inspecting! He would not stop staring at her and she made her feel scared! Will not use terminix with this guy! I’d keep this guy out your home Abilene!

Omg!! The service guy who took the termite baits out of my yard was late and in too much of a hurry... less than 10 minutes later he was done! The next day I found termite poison baits in my yard chewed up by one of my pups! 100 dollars later my pup came home with strict orders to keep an eye on her for any bad signs... DON'T BE LAZY AND RUSH A JOB!! WE PAY FOR A YEAR OF PROTECTION AND GET NO PROTECTION IN THE END!!!! I ADVISE TO FIND ANOTHER COMPANY!!!!!!!
