Charged Repeatedly for Services Never Performed – Unacceptable Treatment I was a Terminix customer for many years with service at two properties: my home in Coral Springs and an Airbnb investment property in Sunrise, Florida. The Coral Springs service was properly canceled several years ago. The Sunrise service was canceled by phone approximately one year ago, but Terminix failed to process the cancellation. After canceling, Terminix continued charging my credit card three consecutive times for services that were never performed. I only became aware of the issue when my credit card number changed and the fourth charge failed, prompting Terminix to send me a physical invoice by mail. That invoice is what alerted me that I had been charged for an entire year without any service. The Sunrise property is secured with locked gates. Terminix technicians do not have access. In the past, technicians always contacted me by text or phone prior to service. After cancellation, no technician ever contacted me — making it physically impossible for any service to have occurred. As shown on the invoice, the last “service” lasted 20 minutes. Charging $180 for a technician to stand in front of my house, leave without doing any work, and then bill me $180 is completely unacceptable. When I called Terminix, I was transferred multiple times. The first representative was polite, but the second was extremely rude. I was then placed on hold for over 30 minutes when transferred to the cancellation department, which felt punitive. Finally, I spoke with a representative named Jasmine, who was completely intransigent, dismissive, and unwilling to listen — treating me as if I were lying rather than as a long-term paying customer. This is not just poor service — it is charging customers for work that was never done and then refusing accountability. Terminix is no longer the professional company it once was. Proceed with extreme caution.

Worst Pest Control ever experienced. The service woman stole my property off of my back porch. She knew we found her number through a background check with a mile long wrap sheet. We called and also texted her the picture of her leaving my property with it. The following Monday it was back on our porch with a word salad of an apology note that didn't make any sense. I have reported it to the Sheriff. The company has no remorse and do not want to see any of the proof. Be watchful of your property, you never know their background. Bye Terminex.

Guerchon has been coming to my home for quite some time. He is timely, easy to get in touch with, friendly, and when we need him for additional service, he is always there. Terminix company was been easy to work with and quick to get an appointment. I appreciate the technicians thorough after appointment reports. My technician Richard, is respectful of my property and very nice. He is careful to do a good job and ask about and then listens to any issues I might be having so that he can fix the problem.

Terminix service is by far the worst I’ve experienced among Florida vendors. I’ve had terminix fumigation and subterranean treatment with yearly inspections and treatment for several years now. Despite this my home had a reoccurring termite infestation and it’s been fighting tooth and nail to get these people to do anything at all. I have shown them pictures of live termites (after they inspected and said that it was all clear), damaged wood in my ceiling and fresh termite frass. Kyle Rourke, the manager of this location is totally unresponsive to any communication. I pointed out a termite carcass to one technician and he actually told me that it was ants (I also have a pest control plan with them with quarterly treatments). For anyone considering terminix, I would advise for the sake of your home and your sanity, find another service.

Terminix came out A MONTH AGO and I’ve never been more disappointed with a company. They left the traps just laying out on their side (see picture). I called the technician every 2-3 days to say that the traps were still out and never installed. He promised that he would personally take care of it then wouldn’t. I would call again and it would be the same thing. After about two weeks of this, we called the main number and they said someone would call to schedule an appointment to get the traps installed. We’ve now had to call that number again because no one has called us and no one has finished the job they started. They have charged us for a month of service, yet have not provided the service. We keep getting the run around and no one will come. I am a very patient person, but a company cannot say they will provide a service, charge for said service, then leave the customer with incomplete work. They now promise a free pest control spray, but we will see if that happens. I have zero faith in their work now. How can I trust that they filled the traps with bait or that they will come and refill the bait when time comes? Everywhere we live we use Terminix, but now I HIGHLY recommend using someone else. Anyone else.
