Called twice to have someone come do a termite inspection at our home, and also see about getting a quote to have regular spraying done. The first call I was told originally 24 hours for a call back then 2 hours and he was sending everything for the inspection to be done the next day. To set up to have a quote done I needed to go online and create an account. I tried to do that and because I was not an existing customer I was not able to set an account up. Ok fine… I never got a phone call about scheduling the inspection. Call back the next day and I’m told I was told incorrect information and it will be 24-48 hours before someone would call me to schedule the inspection, but he could schedule the quote. Ended up somehow being transferred to customer service instead once he looked at everything more and never got the quote scheduled. Customer service tells me they sent an email to the branch manager and they should be reaching out within 24-48 hours. As this second call was on a Saturday, I have waited until Wednesday to write this and still no call to be scheduled. Ended up calling another company and they have already gotten everything scheduled and ready to go.

We contacted Terminix due to an on-going squirrel issue & we were pleased with their prompt response; we had an inspection and a quote within one week of our first call. The following days is when cracks in the professional & prompt response veneer began to appear. A trap was set on our home's gable vent by a two person team - subcontractors. One of them used our disabled dog ramp as a quick way up onto our porch and bent the ramp repair or salvage. We we're told the trap's removal and other quoted repairs would take place within the next few days. Well, three weeks passed and we heard nothing. My husband called our representative - the one who did the inspection and gave us the quote. His call was not returned. I called & left a message. No call was returned. My husband called the 1-800 number and was told someone would contact us in the next day or two. No call was returned. The following week, I called our representative and finally got to speak with him, informing him that "norhing" had yet been done other than placing the trap but the full payment for the quoted repairs had been taken from our account. He assured me that he would find out exactly what was going on and call me or my husband back right away. He never called us back, the subcontractor did, informing us that he would be by that Saturday morning to do the repairs. The repairs have been done and we're pleased with the work, but the lack of follow-through when it comes to customer service has left us disappointed and reluctant to recommend Terminix to our neighbors and friends.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been a long term customer of terminix. I recently had an issue with squirrels in my attic. The inspector came out quickly and told me the work could be started the following week. I was sent a link that had a place to select my appointment. Selected an appointment and no one showed up. Called and scheduled a new appointment. Called the day before to confirm my appointment and was told I had been rescheduled with ZERO communication. If I did not call, I would have been waiting again for them to no show. Was given another date only to find out the person doing my work was on vacation then. Finally went with different company. After the second company came I also feel they are over priced. The new company was willing to do more work for half the price.

I have never had a worse experience than I have had with this company. Our issues began in May 2025 when we were charged $2,000 for a service we never received. It took more than 30 phone calls, filing a complaint with the BBB, and six months of waiting before we were finally refunded our money. Naturally, we canceled our service shortly afterward, yet to this day we are still receiving service bills. Just when we thought this nightmare was over, it continues. This company's actions are unacceptable and deeply concerning. I strongly encourage others to do thorough research before doing business with them, as resolving issues with this company has proven to be extremely difficult.

I would take a mouse infestation any day over dealing with this nightmare of a company! Months after we took care of the mice problem ourselves, we are still trying to get our contract cancelled after being promised multliple times that it was and no work ever being performed. I won't include the detailed report we have had to submit to the Attorney General and Better Business Bureau, but after paying a lot of money for a foundation seal up and dryer vent replacement and having multiple techs show up only to immediately leave without doing any work (it was so difficult to even get an inspector out in the first place - initial red flag we should have heeded!), we were then told that the vent couldn't be replaed nor any work performed and then ghosted by our technician. Every time we call to resolve this, we get sent to a call center agent who promises that the contract has been cancelled and handled only to start receiving notices from a debt collector. At the point, we are looking at small claims court, so if you want to save yourself months of headache and wasting your money only for no work to be done STAY CLEAR OF THIS AWFUL COMPANY!

If I am evaluating the technician who performed the service. Then I rate the tech, Corey Jones, with 5 stars. He has given me excellent service for many years. Your website has been going downhill for years.

Nick has been great! Called this past summer for a bee infestation and he took care of it quickly and with great communication! Same with the last two quarterly visits. Gives me plenty of notice and texts once he’s done. No bee or other bug problems since.
