I expected an ai generated response. They have my phone number and email. If they wanted to reach out directly they would. They have not. No call, no show. We made an appointment online for Monday between 8-10am. An inspector texted me Friday prior to our appointment to ask what we were noticing in the house that prompted us to make an appointment. I responded and didn’t get a reply. Monday morning we were expecting someone to come by to inspect the house between 8 and 10am. No word. Finally received a text from the inspector at 11:15 asking if we had afternoon availability for them to come by and check out our issue. I let him know that we had an appointment that morning between 8 and 10 but nobody showed up and I was already at work/not available in the afternoon. No response, no follow up.

The staff were kind and quick to address my rat problem. Jason and others were very knowledgeable and did a thorough assessment as well as fixed a hole and set traps. There was a gap in communication after the traps were set and a little difficult to reschedule the next appointment by contacting the company directly. This was remedied after the next technician Alex came out and checked the traps. Sounds like it was a success and just waiting on more to be caught.

I’ve had your services for a long time! I think 15 years. I’ve been extra pleased with the personal care from the local technicians. The recent technician, Opal V is now treating my property. She’s a gem! Knowledgeable, personable, and willing to go above and beyond to address any concerns. I also had a pest problem that got out of control, but it was covered by your warranty. After a few frustrations with management, my technician, Opal, stepped in and facilitated the necessary communications. I recently moved, but look forward to continuing my relationship with Terminex.

Our Terminix technicians Randy and Opal are very friendly and helpful. The service really works, and they answer all my questions and provide good advice on how to keep critters and creepy crawlers away. It’s a subscription, so they come every so often and spray outside.

I picked up their service to take care of the ants that I had in my house. When I had outbreaks it would take up to 4-days before they could come out, to then tell me they couldn't do anything about it. Left me with a couple of bait stations and left. After multiple attempts to have Terminx, take care of the ants, I finally had to go to the store and get my own sprays to get rid of the ants, which then also prompted me to cancel my subscription to them. When I canceled this, they then charged me citing that, I did not give then an 80-day notice. I would never recommend Terminx to others.They are ripoff artists.

Dillon was on time, he let me know by text when he would be here and when he was on the way. He was polite explained everything I asked about and was very polite. He did a great job!
