Mason our technician was great. He was running late probably because he is very though. More though than the last couple of years when we paid for the service and they didn’t even come out to treat it and said they did. Mason was great but it is way overpriced compared to other termite pest control companies.

Don’t do what they say they will. Got bit on the foot after they came to spray by a brown recluse. They tell you their products will solve all of your problems (now in debt $6000 for pesticide insulation) but then you just end up throwing more money at them for spraying. Then they tell you to spend another $400 for another fog treatment. They tell you they will come out after 10 days of spraying if you call. Called to ask them to come spray again they tell you they will come and no one shows up. Not even the branch manager, Don, bothered to call me back. They sent me a bill that I have no idea why I’m paying it if they don’t do what they say they will.

We have been using TERMINIX for several years. The pest control part of the business is good. They communicate well too. Our issue has been that they called us to schedule an included inspection inside our house. Fine. They scheduled us in a 4 hour window of 8-noon on Tuesday. They did not show at all or contact me. When I texted them it took them til 12:30 to text back saying the inspector was running a “bit behind” and asked if I would like to reschedule. No. Very unprofessional. Very disappointing.
