I completely trust him to keep pest away. Other than seeing a few Wasps, I had not seen the next under the carport. Mr Bowie saw it and terminated the Wasps and nest.. We had Scott Daley out to perform our termite bait stations yearly service. He was very courteous and did an outstanding job! He was very knowledgeable and even replaced a couple of stations that were infested with ants. He took the time to go over what he was going to do and asked if I had questions. He was able to answer all of my concerns then really took pride in doing his work and clean up afterwards. He is truly a wonderful asset and quality employee. I felt lucky to have him do our work! I would appreciate Terminix expressing our appreciation to him for a job well done!

The whole reason I gave you a high rating is because of our Service Technician, Scott Hutzell. He's such a nice guy, always friendly, texts the night before he comes, lets me know what he does and about anything he finds. I'm very comfortable with him and feel good about allowing him to be around our home even if we aren't here. You should definitely give him a raise :)
