From inspection with Levi to treatment by Haley we are very pleased. They both were very professional yet personable. Prices are also better than orkin.

David Poston’s reputation preceded hos visit as being a technician that “takes great pride in his work and is on top of his game as a termite technician.” David exceeded even his reputation in my experience with him on 05/15/2026 because of his willingness and patience to answer any and all questions that I had concerning the extermination process and how my house was being protected from here on out from termites. He has such the heart of a teacher, which is very comforting for a customer to know that someone cares that you are informed and understand anything that may concern you regarding termites and the potential for and evidence of damage to a home.

Haily R has great customer service, answering all my questions. She went step for step on what she was gonna do. Once all done she told me everything that she finished. Gave me her card to call with any questions or concerns. Thank you again! Highly recommend Terminix for all your needs. Karen M

Got Terminix for routine maintenance at our home. It’s 50$ a month which is super affordable. Their customer service is awesome when scheduling! And Blake is legit the best. He’s super informative and has given me some great insights about the Oklahoma critters and is always a pleasure to chat with. I highly recommend the Durant Terminix office!

Technician arrived introduced himself extending his hand to shake mine. That was very professional i thought he came in we discussed what was going on he immediately went to work checking things everywhere disposed of the rodents found checked outside at all the locked traps under my home told me they are definitely working which is a good thing explained to me why and what was going on and told what he was recommending and if I had any issues to contact him or another technician that has serviced me recently on there cell phones , call the branch , or customer service politely told me it was nice to meet me and left here headed to a big day else where overall the experience was awesome made me feel comfortable and a pleasure meeting him. Hoping this all will be over soon its been a nightmare everyone at terminix never made me feel like it was something I did wrong they explain professionally why and how this got out of control so fast but we have made progress just alot of work. Thankful for these guys they have eased my mind everytime they come out All you technicians are awesome I thank each of you for being so patient with me during this process. THANK YA'LL RONDA
