Waited all day to show up in the time frame they gave, when called to see where they was at found out- Rescheduled appointment with no email, phone call, or text. Will be there 4 days later. So now day of next appointment today, 45 mins before the time frame ends they call to reschedule again, bc they don’t have enough chemicals on truck. Mind u my place is packed up, do you know how hard it is to try to cook when all ur things are everywhere. Made a complaint on phone Monday for them rescheduling without my knowledge or approval was told they will call 24-48 hours. Still no phone call. When I talked to manager today to cancel service with them bc I’m now out child care expenses, food expenses, animal care expenses for 2 times now the manager had no sympathy to offer a discount or to reimburse me any expenses for their negligence and professionalism. The technician told me that he has called the managers SEVERAL times and they have not answered. Tomorrow is his last day with company but the manger blamed him for everything from Monday to today and said he would be firing him, had to laugh and said I know his last day is tomorrow. His tone changed and said yes he did put in his notice. He also stated that he had no clue that I had put in a complaint so that’s why I never got a call back. I know the complaint was in computer. I do not recommend this company out of Louisville Kentucky unless you want cancellation after cancellation and piss poor communication skills and non professional.

FYI… I have already emailed the address you leave for each person who has a complaint. Our experience with Terminix has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. We initially contacted them to address carpenter ant activity around our home. During the consultation, they recommended adding termite prevention as well, claiming that termites can follow ant tunnels. We were told the treatment would include bait stations for both ants and termites, as well as granules around the perimeter of our home. After agreeing to the service, no one contacted us to schedule a visit—technicians simply showed up unannounced on two separate occasions. Thankfully, we happened to be home both times. The termite bait stations were installed in odd locations and not spaced 10 feet apart as explained during the consultation. When the technician arrived to treat for ants, he admitted he had no idea why we had requested service. He sprayed an unidentified chemical randomly inside and outside the home, and only applied granules after I specifically asked him to but he limited the treatment to just one wall of the home. After expressing my concerns to Terminix, they rescheduled another visit. Unfortunately, the same technician arrived again with no knowledge of the prior complaints and again told me that we were a late add on to his route for the day despite the appointment being made far in advance. He repeated the same random spraying and, again only at my request, sprinkled some granules around the home. Still no ant bait stations were provided, and the termite stations were not addressed. We chose Terminix expecting professional, thorough service based on their reputation. Instead, we’ve received disorganized, inconsistent, and ultimately ineffective treatment. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this process has been nothing short of futile. At this point, I cannot recommend Terminix to anyone seeking dependable pest control services. I waited over two weeks to write this review in order to provide them with enough time to remedy my concerns but my dissatisfaction with the treatment process remains. I gave two stars only because the people on the answering service were apologetic, kind and did their best to reschedule the secondary visit. BTW… we still had a ton of ant activity after only one week from treatment
