Had the attic and garage insulation replaced due to mice infestation in November 2025. Good items: the work seems to have eliminated the mice; workers were courteous; Inspector went overboard to assist with my concerns. Problems: 1st day - team worked 11 hours but unable to complete removal and replacement job and had insufficient insulation to complete the job. I was informed to contact central office to schedule a date to return. I believe the company should have known, that based on the amount of work, the time needed to perform the job and scheduled accordingly. Exclusion team did not re-screen attic gable vents and missed an apparent mouse access point noted on initial inspection report. I provide a inspection photo of the access point. Team member stated they were not made aware of this access point. 3 days later: Team returns and finishes attic insulation. Packed up and ready to leave, I asked if they had done the garage attic insulation. They had not. Told them that were pieces of batte insulation that were to be removed. They did the insulation but forgot to remove the battes. They also forgot to inspect the HVAC duct work and was later found to have a hole in it, made by the mice, by an inspection by HVAC company I contacted separately. 5 days later(total 9 days): Exclusion team member and I discuss work that needed to be completed. 6 days later(total 15 days): Exclusion team screen gable vents and caulk access point, in the dark. 5 days later(total 20 days): Insulation team removes batte insulation pieces and adds insulation. The day after Thanksgiving I notice a hole in the house vinyl siding very close to where the vacuum and blower insulation equipment were located. The hole had been covered with clear silicone caulk and there was no broken siding on the ground. I knew of no other explanation that the damage had been caused by Terminix. Terminix was contacted the first week of December and the Inspector passed the finding to the office manager. I had not received a reply after 10 days, so I contacted Terminix again. I received a reply from a district manager 4 days later that he had talked to the workers that were on the job and they denied any knowledge and they would not accept any responsible for repair. The time line on this is from November 3rd to December 16th. In my opinion the actual job should have taken 2 to 3 days. Terminix did not instill any confidence in their ability to do this job. There seems to be a lack of communication between the team workers, the inspectors and office managers. I have used Terminix in another state for over 40 years and have been satisfied with their work on in house ant problem, termite treatment and bed bug treatment. I can no longer recommend their services.

If I could give a zero. I would. We paid them 1400.00 to get rid of bed bugs. They won't keep appointments. Their managers lie and say they will come out...

Josh was extremely skilled and knowledgeable in taking care of our yellow jacket problem. He located the nest and thoroughly checked the rest of our house to make sure there were no other nests that needed treatment. Josh was friendly and personable. We highly recommend him for any service that Terminex offers.

We pay Terminix monthly to come treat the house when needed. It’s really helped cut down on the pests that we saw shortly after moving in, and feels very worth the recurring cost to us to keep them away/at bay. However, I just wanted to leave the review because we really enjoy our worker who comes to treat the house each time. Chuck W. is always so kind, asks us questions to ensure he meets our needs, seems genuinely invested in giving us the best treatment plan possible, and is always flexible to fit our needs on timing. HE is what makes the process so worth continuing to do.

I was very dissatisfied with my service. I hired Terminix to catch one or more groundhogs living in my backyard which were never caught. Terminix started off baiting the traps with cat food, which groundhogs do not eat. The traps caught several racoons, one of which was left on my property for an extended period of time which I had to feed to make sure it didn't die before it could be picked up. I asked several times for a refund and was constantly denied. I did not receive calls from the manager I was assured I would receive. Overall, the problem was not solved and I was not refunded my payment. Edit: I don't know how to send a DM to Terminix. How do I do this?
