Set up service over the phone with a very nice rep. Tech was supposed to come between 1-5p. Waited all day. No call/no show. We called Customer Service at 530p to see what happened and spoke to a very nice rep who assured us “Chris” was on the way but would call us back to advise his arrival time or “Damon” the branch manager would call to advise or set up a new date and time. Again, no call/no show. This morning we get a call saying they’ll come today. No thank you. We waited all day yesterday. Not doing that again today.

We’ve been using Terminix for many years and are very satisfied with the service. Mike M., our technician, is prompt and thorough. When he comes for the maintenance service, he always asks if we are experiencing any issues and responds quickly if we have any problems in between visits.

He is one of the best sales professionals I have ever met—knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely personable. His sense of humor, including some well-timed “dad jokes,” made the experience both comfortable and enjoyable. Michael Mastronie is the technician who services our home, and he consistently demonstrates exceptional pride in his work. He is attentive, detail-oriented, and shows a great deal of care not only for our home but also for the animals in it. His professionalism and dedication are evident during every visit. Together, Joseph and Michael make an outstanding team. Their professionalism, charisma, and genuine care for their work and the people they serve truly stand out. The pricing feels fair and reasonable, and the quality of service gives us confidence that our home is well protected. Most importantly, both Joseph and Michael make my family and me feel safe and comfortable whenever they are here.

Richard did an amazing job with our terrible ant infestation during his visit on 11-21-25. We were completely overwhelmed with the situation, as the ants were invading our kitchen one week before Thanksgiving! He took care of things immediately, and thoroughly explained everything to us, step by step. We are truly grateful for his excellent service. Five Stars for Richard from Terminix!

I genuinely appreciate the phone call to set up a date. I also appreciate the morning check-in call to confirm the time. The knock at the door exactly on time was a huge relief. When I opened the door, I was greeted by Joseph Mirelse. This is my second encounter with this Val Kilmer meets Paul Newman of a man. He exceeded all my expectations. I regret not having this service sooner. Why isn’t this man running things? I’d vote for him if he ever ran for president. He has the perfect blend of professionalism and the charm of a game show host. He can sell ice to the Eskimos. I know this review might seem exaggerated, but I can’t quite capture the magic he created in writing. In a world where customer satisfaction is often overlooked, cheaper products are prioritized over quality, and customer service is replaced with AI, it’s refreshing to do business with someone like Joseph.

DO NOT USE!!! If I could give them a lower rating I would. They trick you into signing a contract which is not only overpriced but the service you’re given from their team is awful. They’ll sell you on the fact that they not only want to get the rodents out of your house but they want to keep them out for good so they’ll sell you on an exterior inspection where they’ll claim to seal up all of the possible holes in your house that mice could get in. Absolute lie. I still had mice issues for the 1-2 years I had them. They’ll set up traps and poison which does seem to work but again, they don’t take care to prevent more rodents from coming in. Take note of the picture I’ve attached as I found this hole on my house later after I cancelled the service which they didn’t care to seal. I had to get a ladder to seal it myself. They’ll also try and sell you on insulation which is an absolute scam. You don’t need it and they try to sell every customer on it regardless After the initial inspection, their technicians will come to spray around the house but that’s it. If you ask them to do anything else, they’ll claim they’re only there to do the exterior and they’ll have to put in a ticket for another rep to come out, which in itself is ridiculous but on top of that, they’ll never call you back so you end up having to lay traps for yourself anyways. Be warned, go local, corporate companies like Terminix just want your money and don’t care about customer service.

The work that the technicians do is great. However, communication is nearly impossible and incredibly frustrating. I had some issues with a second groundhog who dug under the exclusion fencing put in by Terminix in Aug 2024. I could not directly contact my local office in July 2025 and the trapping and attempted trapping and finally fixing the fencing took place over 10 visits from July through October. Again, I kept having to call your main phone number and explain everything again and again, to even set up a home visit. Sometimes the techs didn’t show up. Also, I never knew when the techs were coming to my house (neither date or times!), I would just get a text stating that the tech was on the way to my house! Luckily, I am retired and am home most days. In short, communication is horrendous and if I haven’t already paid so much money into my pest control, I would be cancelling Terminix services and going elsewhere.

Bill has been servicing our home for over a decade and is top notch! He proactively commutes with us when he will be arriving and the best part is we don’t have any bugs in the house. Highly recommend Terminex!

The sales rep was nice, that was really the only positive part of my experience. Last September, we had a tree fall down in our yard and the sales rep made it seem like termites were a big scare so we went ahead and decided to go with their protection from termites. (ill save details to make a long story short) When the bait stations were installed I called within a few days to have them removed because they were in my plants and mulch. I did not like them there. I was told to wait a little longer and see if I changed my mind, if I did not change my mind they would cancle the service. After I called back to cancle the service I was told I could not do so and would have to pay the full year premium in one lump sum. After I finished the year contract that I was locked into, I had asked for the termite bait stations to be removed (which had no activity). The tech came on a different day than scheduled and left holes in my yard, holes in my flower/plant beds and left bare spots where there once was mulch. I have a few kids and the holes in the yard were a risk to injury. When I called to have someone come out and fill them I was told they might be able to send someone in a few days. I did not have time to wait so I filled the holes myself and spread the mulch. I called back to let them know it was finished and I had requested a $100 refund to compensate for the material and labor cost. Today I found out the $100 refund was denied. When I asked for them to put the soil and the mulch back that was removed from my yard I was told they don't do that. Then when I asked for an address to send the bill for the material and labor of filling the holes I was told "no, there is no address to give you". Be careful when working with this company. ** Edit: I emailed you like you asked, and your auto response said "Thank you for your message. A member of our team will be reaching out shortly. Please note, if you are contacting us outside of business hours, we’ll get back to you on the next business day. Our business hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CST" It's past the timeframe your response gave and I have heard nothing. I am unfortunately not surprised by this.
