I NEVER leave reviews but I feel it is my due diligence to the rest of my community to state that Terminix is one of the WORST companies I have ever had the DISPLEASURE in working with. Please do not give them your business as they are incredibly unorganized and will only cause you to waste your money and time. For example, there is a main number, a local branch and a number for the local exterminator himself. 3 numbers in total and none of them talk to each other. So when dealing with pests in the house (which is stressful enough), I would call the local branch, make an appointment for a spray and no one would show up. I would then call the main branch to complain and they would not even have a record of my account existing. I would then call the local exterminator and he would tell us that he did not know anything about the appointment. Dealing with Terminix has been more painful than dealing with any bug out there. Do not let their nice service reps fool you, they do not communicate with one another and you will find yourselves like me; paying monthly for an exterminator who you can't even get to come over and do their job. I do not understand how they have gotten amazing reviews.

Our service tech is Alex and he’s always a pleasure to work with. Very personable, always gives us a heads up the day before he comes and checks in to see if we have any trouble spots. He always follows up afterwards and reviews anything he finds (or doesn’t find!) and makes sure to close all the gates behind him. And those of us with animals know how important that can be! There were a few times over the summer we had some Yellowjacket hives that needed immediate intervention. I was able to call and Alex came that same day to handle it. He then followed up with us directly the following day. Truly unbelievable service. Thank you Alex!
