My poor uncle lives around a lot of trees and he had 4 cats (not no more) so he was over run by fleas, I called terminex to come out and treat his house and that it was an emergency and we needed someone ASAP they told me Tuesday was the earliest appt because Labor Day so I was like ok, they confirmed my appt 2 times for Tuesday 12-4 and they had to call back for payment before they came out which was fine, they never called back so I called Saturday and they said NO WORRIES they would call me for payment and appt CONFIRMED for Tuesday, needless to say I called today to find out about payment cause I didn’t want anything to mess up the appt for Tuesday because my uncle was really struggling, they told me their sorry and their was nothing they could do and that they had no appts to even get me. So I got a sorry for the miscommunication but sorry?!?! I will not be calling terminex again…

I would not recommend doing business with them. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. They failed to follow simple instructions, which resulted in damage and unnecessary financial loss to my business. I value professionalism, communication, and accountability, and unfortunately, those expectations were not met in this situation.

Wow these guys are psychic. We got a couple of four month old Yorkie pups at the start of the month. A couple day ago I had dropped a single kibble on the laundry room floor and had a freakin ant conga line attacking it. I feed the girls out on the deck against a different part of house and had to watch over it until the ants started swarming their food. Yesterday I got a text from Wes that he was coming over today for the servicing. I explained the situation and instructed him to take off and nuke the sites from orbit. Well today he came over and really smoked those little expletives. After he was done I saw one ant on the deck but nothing like the past few days. The terminix service is well worth it

I contacted them for a free estimate and someone came to the house. They were late and my husband didn't get to run his errands. The guy told him the process and he had to pay before they would schedule an appointment. My husband set the appointment and paid with my card. After researching I discovered their process is not the best and I had my husband call and cancel the appointment and he was told they would credit my card back. We waited a few days and the charge was still on my card so we called back. The woman told my husband they gave us store credit instead of crediting my card. He explained we don't have an account with them and don't plan on using them and want the money put back on our card. It has been almost 2 weeks and no credit so we called again and they are giving us a runaround. I contacted my attorney and she advised me to call my bank and dispute the charge since no service was provided. She also told me to go to the better business bureau and file a complaint. Don't schedule any appointments with them because they will be quick to steal your money and it seems hard to get them to give it back. The only reason I reached out to them is because it was the weekend and my regular company was closed. Never again.

Our tech John goes above and beyond for us! He is the reason we use terminix. John is always prompt, lets us know when he is on his way and very courteous and personable. He explains what he is doing and why. Excellent service always!!

I have been with Terminix for more than 3 years. I used to get small ants in the winter every year in different places of the house. I have not had any since I started with Terminix. I have had no termites or other pests since then also. Steve Young, who is the terminix technician who has been with me for all this time is a consummate professional. He comes every 3 monthes and sprays for any pests. He checks the termite traps, and for the possibilty of any rodents or any other pests that could potentially gain entrance to my house. He provides me with "traps" in the remote possibilty of any rodents gaining entry. I have 100% peace of mind with Steve and Terminix. Steve always provides me with a summary of the work he has done every quarterly visit to inspect and use preventitive measures to keep the house protected. He will also offer recommendations he has to cut out the possible entrance of pests. For example, Steve showed me a tree branch partially hanging over my roof and advised me that squirrels and even other rodents can get into the house from the roof. I'm very happy with The work Steve does to protect my home from pests. And I thank Terminix for their professionalism, reasonable prices, attention to detail and reliabilty. Terminix has been fantastic with servicing my home. They got rid of a huge bee problem that I had and came out on multiple occasions to figure out where the nests were hiding. Since then they’ve gotten rid of mice, ants and all the other pests I’ve had issues with for years. Excellent communication before and after Ben services my home and they send a detailed report immediately after. Best around!
