My Terminix service technician, Kevin, is always outstanding. He is always friendly and service-oriented. My husband and I called Terminix when we bought our home (first home) and found that it had a bug problem, especially spiders and roaches. We were mortified, but our provider made us feel secure that Terminix services would completely take care of it. During our service calls, he would simultaneously spray the house (inside and out) while educating us on the use of the chemicals used and how the extermination process worked. We have been extremely pleased with the success and the maintenance services we now receive to make sure those pests stay gone! :)

Kevin does a great job! He communicates well, let me know what he’s treating by what he sees. He’s always on time. When he’s treating inside of my home, he’s very polite and considerate of not getting the floor dirty from his shoes and asks before he goes in certain parts of my home.
