I had some issues with ants entering our home.I reached out to Terminix on April 16, 2026. My scheduled appointment was on April 17, 2026. Mr. Theon Shotwell was my tech both times. He would text to let me know he is on the way. He came in with a smile on his face. He told me exactly what he was going to do. He asked me where was I seeing them the most? He sprayed there first, the rest of the inside and then the outside. Mr.Theon asked me to let him know if I saw more ants. He called me and scheduled another appointment before I called him, which was fantastic. He came out to spray again this month. I haven't seen anymore ants. Mr. Theon was very professional, experienced and friendly. I would recommend Terminix to anyone that has pests issues, because he did an amazing job inside and outside. Thank you so much! On early Friday morning I woke up to discover termites in my window sill (so gross) I called Terminix in a panic (like literally freaking out) and spoke with a representative, Kevin, & he was able to get ahold of Scott to have him come out & check things out for me. Listen, Scott was absolutely amazing, super informative, & put my mind at ease cause when i tell you i was freaking out, i’m not joking lol. he was able to assist with the inside of my home and the next day two others came out to take care of the outside and they did great too! I am so happy I chose Terminix to help & will recommend them to anyone.

He lets me know when he is set to arrive to my home (a 1 -2 days notice), starting out for my house and when he is finished. If I have questions, he is the one to ask.
