I’ve been a Terminix customer for about 4 years now and Carlos has been our technician for about the past 3 years, it’s been a great experience. I appreciate the heads up calls and texts received when he has an appointment to service the property. The ant trails are no longer outside, no more ants running after sweet smells from the kitchen, those summer bugs that met me at the doors at night, gone, no worries ticks in the back yard for the dog and no mosquitoes flying around to ruin nights out in the backyard. I definitely have come to appreciate the Terminix service and the technicians. It’s worth the cost and I’m still here and will stay…⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Mr. Ahmed Young-Branch #2024 has been the technician that has performed services at my residence for an infestation of fleas and he is the ultimate professional and does an awesome job. He was scheduled to arrive at my house yesterday between 8am-10 and he was here @ 7:30am. He explains what he is going to do and tells you how long you need to be away from your residence. Ahmed Young (Branch 2024) has been doing our pest control for years and always been wonderful with communication before our appointments. For our latest visit once I recieved the text we were due for termite treatment I asked if he could possibly handle the small ant problem we had just discovered at the same appointment. He handled our issue quickly at the start of our service. I truly appreciate how great both our local Terminix and Ahmed are to work with and would highly recommend them!

I think my previous review was a little premature. Terminix has shown its true colors. I am not really in to long reviews but I am so disappointed that I feel I need to make an exception here. On 2/21/2024, I was visited by an employee of Terminix. The service provided at that time was a one way trap was installed to eradicate squirrels that were in my attic. The tech was installing the trap and to my understanding he would be coming back to check on it at a later date. I called this tech on 4/8/2024, about a month and a half later, and informed him that the trap was still attached to my home and no one had come back to check on it. This was after I had called the rep who came to my home to sign the invoice but he never returned my calls. The tech said he would inform his supervisor and get back with me. He never called back. His name was Edwin. I have since tried to call the rep for Terminix several times but he never answers and does not return my call. It is now 5/22/2024 almost 3 months later and the trap is still attached to my home and no one has called me back. The squirrels are still in my attic and have created another entry point. The service was not completed. If anything I felt that Terminix would have come back and got "their" trap if nothing else. I guess they were too embarrassed. Someone was scheduled to come back on yesterday but they didn't and I got no calls from anyone. I will never use Terminix again. I would have given 0 stars but that option is not available.

Jerome goes above and beyond with his customer service and work. We appreciate his explanations and concern for our pets and children. He puts your mind at ease with his expertise and explanations. Very helpful and friendly. He does our pest service and was happy to see him back out for the mosquito treatment. Hope he stays with us on that treatment too. Great tech and guy.
