The technician was the best that I have ever had. I knew when he was on his way when I reached out to him texting, he responded when I reached out calling him. He responded when I got to the house not only had he gone over the whole area, but then I pointed out some other issues and he was very responsive. I could not be more happy with the service that I got and well worth the money that the service cost.

To whom it may concern. I have always had great service from my Terminex Service man Joe. Not only does he advise me on what he is doing. He goes the extra steps to inform me what potential problems there are Takes pictures and always makes me secure that my home is safe and secure as if it was his home. I have been dealing with Joe for over Six years and there are few people like him Terminex should have more people like him on there staff

Joe has been our Terminex man for almost 20 years now and I have never had problems in the past with his work. or with bugs or anything like that He’s taking care of our property extremely well knows what he’s doing and quite honestly he should get a raise

Awful. Salesperson Brannagen Mendoza misrepresented what I was paying for. Said they were looking to “fill a route” so the initiation fee was waived and said I’d be prepaying 3 months. Then I got charged initiation and the monthly fee. Also he told me that they would do a “initial push out” for free. When the technician came he didn’t know what I was talking about and said “the sales guys make stuff up”. Reached out to discuss and their customer service said to wait for a manager to call me. Never got a call. Then after I cancelled I got sent to collections even though I paid. Do not sign up with them.

Our sales representative Mike Sullivan came to my house because of a rodent situation. Mike explained 3 different solutions to my husband and I and we decided upon having the area around the entire house called with a metal. We paid on the spot $2,500 for this service and an additional &250 to have traps set. The first person that came to the house said he was only there to set the traps and had no clue about calking the foundation. I called Mike Sullivan and explained what happened and he said he would send someone else. The second person said the calking of the foundation was only a month old and the majority of the employees were not trained to use it. I called Terminix and canceled the plan and asked my $2,500 be returned to my checking account. After 8 phone calls, being assured I would receive a phone call from Dean a manager in addition to getting my $2,500 money returned nothing has happened. I now am forced to take time off from work and spend money for an attorney. Please look at the reviews for this company. They have had class action law suits against the company. BEWARE of this company. FRAUD.

We were hearing creatures in our attic for about a week. Terminix recommended the Exclusion service which essentially seals the house. They installed a temporary one way door that allowed the critters to leave but they’re unable to get back in. The critter was gone that first night and hasn’t returned. No more scratches in the ceiling and it’s guaranteed for 2 years!! Highly recommend their services if you are in need of pest control.
