Simply put, my experience with Terminix has been the worst! I was their customer last year. Their technician David would come and partially treat outside and if I asked for any treatment inside the house, his answer was we don’t have anything safe for indoors. One time I called for mice and closet moths . David showed up at the door asking me what I needed. It was obvious he had not read the comments from my call or prepared to render services needed. And that’s not all: David said let me check if I have anything for mice in my truck; and he found some baits for that. For the closet moths, he didn’t have anything but promised he will drop them off the following week when he was in the area. He never did. I called to fallow up, he said he will drop them off next day which again never happened. I called the customer service to complain and ask for refund but I was told they don’t refund customers. I asked to speak to the supervisor, I was told they don’t have a supervisor. They canceled my account for last year. This year my son suggested I call again and ask for a different technician. I called and although I was told that a different technician will show up, unannounced Michale Sullivan showed up with another technician. They “ inspected” the house, I signed the contract and they put on hold $299.00. I explained to Michale what happened with David and said I am asking for a better technician. To my surprise, Michale schedules David again for the next day to render the first treatment. I called the company again and was told to tell David no to complete the services that day and they said they will send Oliver, a different technician on the 26th of June. I waited home with my husband for Oliver to show up on the 26th but he didn’t show up. Again, no follow up from the company or any call from them. I had a missed call from someone who left a rude voicemail saying among other things, “…. Call back to put an end to this once and for all..” implying it was our fault for the crazy ordeal they were putting us through. I followed up today and called the company to find out what happened to learn that they had canceled the services without any explanation. The irony is that I received an email this afternoon inviting me to go back with them. What a nightmare they are. I do not recommend this company! They are disorganized, arrogant, disrespectful, and not honest!

I have had Terminix since the time I bought this house and Trevor has been servicing the contract for most of that time. This is much better than a different person coming to your home every time and you having to explain the "usual" issues. They are thorough, helpful and economical. The perfect combination.

Signed up on their website to get an inspection between 3 and 5, and no one ever showed up or even called to say they wouldn’t be there. When I called them, they said the inspector was in a meeting but would call me back in about half an hour. He never called. Awful service, not at all useful if you’re trying to get a problem resolved quickly.

I just called and the scheduling person was polite, but to even get a general idea of the cost of a bird nest removal, they would have to have someone come out in person. That means a day off work and time wasted just for some basic questions. So I'm not blaming scheduling, but if in person quotes are the only model for doing business, that's a little ridiculous.

I have had Terminix for 13 years, service has alwasy been OK at best. Recently my home was over run with bees days after the my regular service. I called for service and was told it would take two weeks to get a tech out. I would estimate there are 2-400 bees outside my window (they are not honey bees). I do not recommend Terminix in the 495/93 corridor. I asked them to ecalate and the branch didn't respond. I asked for branch managers name and was told they can't share that information. I asked for the customer service reps manager, he said he didn't have one. I have been trying to escalate becuase this issue is in scope for my service and they should honor the contract. If that sounds like the type of company you want, Terminix is a good option. It is my understanding that we are serviced out of the Woburn branch, avoid at all costs.

Hire better salespeople! Sales 101 is understanding who the decision-maker is. I was the one asking the questions, yet David Eeley repeatedly directed his answers to my neighbor (who is a tall white guy). He got angry when I asked about the warranty. That was enough for me to decide not to hire him!

If I could give 0 stars I would! EVERYONE PLEASE READ BEFORE CONTRACTING THEM!!!!! Started off great, was promised they HAD to check every single station as they have to scan them for the report. We'll come to find out they've been skipping 10 stations or more everytime the past 3 months labeling them as inaccessible (yet they placed the traps) make it make sense. No way to contact them directly without putting in a request and that gives them 48 hours to call back otherwise you gotta call them back, again and again and again and again. Extremely overpriced and also went up 2 or 3 times over the past 2 years we used them WITHOUT NOTICE EITHER! But yet to cancel you have to give them 30 day notice so they can still collect your money and skip on some services (shocker). I would love for the branch manager to reach out to me so we can discuss this review and MAYBE get an updated review, or get a lawsuit against them, whatever they perfer.

David provides prompt courteous service. He has helped out with spot issues around the house as they have popped up solving them effectively. 10/10, would recommend.

This has been one of the worst service experiences. I am never informed about when the technician will arrive. I receive messages stating that the service is complete, even though no one has come. Later the technician arrived on time after my complaint and sent a message a day before, the same issue has occurred again. Even after raising this concern 3–4 times, I am still facing the same problem. This repeated pattern is extremely frustrating. I am being charged every month, but the services outlined in the contract are not being performed. This is unacceptable and needs immediate attention.
