They assigned my order to Nicholas Fox, a Laguna Hills office technician. He was supposed to come on 09/03/2024 between 3:00 and 5:00 but did not show up. I called the headquarters to find out what was going on. Even they could not take hold of Nicholas. So, I canceled my order. I also talked to Mike Cerda, the local office manager. He apologized to his credit, and I made sure I didn’t want to reschedule my appointment. Moreover, I was inconvenienced twice when I received texts about random appointments, which I had to cancel immediately. All the correspondence is available for investigation into the matter. Later, I discovered that Nicholas had trespassed on my home and photographed inside my yard. Despite my calls to both the local office and my account manager, Maranda, I received no follow-up or resolution on the matter, which further added to my dissatisfaction.

Sean was absolutely outstanding. Was able to come early, was extremely friendly, professional, and able to assess our ant infestation immediately. Showed us the root problems, explained the solution and was extremely thorough. I give him a 12 out of 10 and give him my highest recommendation. To whoever is reading this, Sean has made us an even bigger fan of Terminix. Please make sure you give him a raise, bonus…preferably both! Bravo.

I recently had an excellent experience with Terminix, particularly with Sean Wright and George, who both provided exceptional service. Sean came out to treat our home for spiders and ticks and went above and beyond by noticing we were being overcharged. We reported spiders appearing indoor in bathroom sinks. Office staff scheduled timely appointment. Tech came out, identified entrance points under sinks,sprayed insecticide and advised caulking gaps in walls surrounding sink pipes. Excellent, timely service. 5*/5

Terminex has been servicing our home for several years. Service and communication with our technician Sean has always been outstanding. I always hear back from Sean once the service is complete. Sean is always on time and just great to work with!! We have both pest and mosquito service. This year so far we are seeing a decline in the amount of mosquitoes ? and with our monthly pest control no spiders or ants!

We have used Terminix for termite control at our house for many years and have been impressed with their professionalism and effectiveness. Lately we have been plagued with Aedes mosquitos during the summer months, and my do-it-yourself approach to abatement has not worked. So when Terminix offered their mosquito abatement service for the spring and summer months we decided to give it a try. It is still early days yet, and the hot summer months that will be the real test of this service are still in the future. So far the same courteous and professional service we've come to expect from them is evident.

Had an inspection for termites and was told the report would be ready in "a couple of days" but have not received it almost 2 weeks later. Inspector kept trying to push us to sell the home for some reason. Have repeatedly reached out about getting the treatment proposal and estimate and gotten brushed off.
