Chris Phillips is my technician and has been for years. He is always on time, always corresponds and confirms by text. He is polite, pleasant, friendly, and very thorough in his inspection. He always asks if I have had any issues since my last inspection. I am 100% satisfied with having Chris as my Terminix inspector and hope he continues to be my inspector.

*************UPDATE************** Mr. Terry (branch manager) personally called me to apologize and set up an appointment for my pest control and termite service on the same day so that everything would be taken care of. Thank you Terry. Unfortunately, the pest control tech that I had retired. Our next appointment is falling through the cracks. They sent me a "reminder" text for my next appointment which not a reminder. I didn't pick the date or time. They picked a morning appointment which did not work for me. They fail to realize that people have to go to work just like they do. I complained to a customer service rep who was not able to help me. They sent my complaint to a "branch manager" who eventually called me back. I explained to him that I cannot take a morning appointment. He finally found me a date and time in the afternoon. Well, the day before my appointment I received a reminder text for the correct date but the wrong time. I once again spoke to a customer service rep who had to "escalate" my problem to a branch manager because now they don't have any openings in the afternoon for the date that I was given. I am waiting on another phone call to explain my issue AGAIN. In the meantime it's been four months since my last treatment and it's supposed to be done every three months. Let's see if I can at least get a month's credit due to the lateness being their fault.

I recently reached out to TERMINIX and another local company for newly found activity (TERMITE) . The first company (not TERMINIX) was very professional and answered all questions and explained everything and what would take place to help us get rid of these pests before they became a REALLY BIG PROBLEM... HE WAS VERY THOROUGH, AND TOOK HIS TIME and walked the property and looked everywhere... And was happy to help us no worries ... But I had already made a back up appointment with TERMINIX to be thorough and to get any and all options for my family And our home . So the day of appointment with TERMINIX arrives .. I get a phone call from the technician to move the appointment up sooner that morning bc he (the technician) Had other things he needed to get to after he made this inspection for me . I agreed which was a couple hours earlier, I did not have an issue what so ever with the request... After (Scott's) arrival he shook my husband's hand and literally said ( i/we cannot help u/or do anything for u ... He never walked around the home he stood in one spot and that was that he was done ... He was here all of 5 maybe 7 minutes..( that's being very generous) it may have even been less time .. But he then turned and told my husband sorry we can't help u and actually Walked away ... I was not and am not very happy about this ... This was a HUGE disappointment...very very HUGE ... Very DISGUSTED ...AND UNLESS BY THE GRACE OF GOD SOMETHING CHANGES .. I WILL NOT EVER AND DO NOT EVER RECOMMEND TERMINIX.....EVER !!!!!!!!!

I received service from Terminix yesterday. Alec provided exceptional service! He worked with me with my busy schedule and I did not even have to wait. He was very professional and kind and answered any questions I had. He was very efficient and caring! He shows up and does what needs to be done and does it great! Terminix y’all need to give him a raise! Thanks Alec!

Ashton was awesome! This was our 2nd bed bug appointment and the previous person did terrible work. Based off the photos and conversation from Ashton it is almost like the 1st service never happened.

The inspector was friendly and communicative The notice that an inspection would take place was received AFTER 6:30PM the day before the inspection. I was notified the inspector was on his way at 5:45 PM (so I was there the whole day). After completing the visual I was informed that the outside traps would have to be checked on another day. While the inspector noted this in the reports this company has sent notifications and surveys that appear to indicate the service is complete. It may be time to look for a new company. Some time after posting this, Terminix sent me an email asking how my service was AND stated I should call them if the service was less than 5 star. I was already upset, now I am mad. If they can't read in its entirety what is here I have neither the time nor inclination to read it to them.

James Stofira was my service tech today for our regular pest control (we also have termite services) and after four years of this particular service he has been hands down the best one yet! James went above and beyond and after a little over a year of bouncing techs due to ours retiring, I look forward to him being our new tech.

No matter how much i bother him, he is willing to listen and patiently explain his process. He is a great representative for any company, and Terminix is certainly lucky to have him!
