Donny did a great job with my service. He walked through, listened to my scenario and issues and helped out with everything. Afterwards he sprayed around the house and offered to do inside the house. Once done he doubled back and made sure my garage was taken care of as well. To conclude the service he’s working with his managerial staff for the follow up in my next service.

Our technician, Adam, was professional, thorough, and clearly took pride in his work. He arrived right on time, explained every step of the inspection, and identified several entry points where rodents could get into our crawl space. He sealed them meticulously, set up moisture control, and even checked the attic insulation for signs of activity. What stood out most was how carefully he worked: No rushed shortcuts, and he made sure to leave the area cleaner than when he started. He also walked me through the vapor barrier and gutter protection options without being pushy. You can tell he genuinely cares about protecting your home long-term, not just doing a one-time job. I feel much more confident knowing our home is properly sealed and protected. Based on my experience with Adam, I highly recommend Terminix and their home-services team for anyone needing rodent exclusion or crawl-space work done right!

Terminix came to spray our church, Grace United Lex, for an ongoing ant problem. The technician was Adam. He was not only professional but very knowledgeable about how to best control the ants. He sprayed both the inside and outside the building. The ant problem is gone and they have continued to stay away. We highly recommend this business to anyone.
